Hi Noel,
For about 2 months I have had pain on my achilles. I've had it diagnosed as achilles tendenitis. I've had several painful calf massages, I do lots of stretching and apply various gels. Nothing makes a button of difference. The latest prediction was that it would take between 6 months and a year to clear up. If you can come up with anything to speed this up I would be most greatful. Do you think a cortisone jab would help? |

| went to Stevie Braginnan in Newry Clinic and he has me back racing again after the same thing,see him.He is a master at the tendons. |
