Tuesday June 23rd was a red letter day for local societies and organisations as they converged on Enterprise House in the WIN Business Park Newry to receive their cheques as designated charities in this year’s Newry City Marathon, Half Marathon and Fun Run.

May 25th saw the successful second staging of the Newry City Marathon, Half Marathon and Fun Run, events which further enhanced the burgeoning reputation of the city as a destination for runners from Ireland, the UK and beyond.
